MeisterDoc is the app for anyone who wants to easily manage their own health. As a digital HealthCoach, the app accompanies you in your everyday life. This means that you can chat with your health AI around the clock in MeisterChat and ask questions. If you need human advice, you can reach our health experts in MeisterCall via video chat. And if you need an appointment with a specialist, MeisterSearch saves you time and nerves and finds free specialist appointments with the best specialists on the most popular platforms.
MeisterDoc is always there for you, no matter what time of day or where you are. The app will be available for iPhones and Android in Germany from September, but we are planning to go live in other European countries soon.
You can install and use the MeisterDoc app on your smartphone free of charge. A paid Comfort subscription gives you access to additional premium functions.
We are also the only app where you can get immediate advice from medical experts in a video chat with to-the-minute billing. You can see the costs you will incur transparently before the consultation begins.
MeisterSearch allows you to find events that have been published on the most popular platforms. This means you don’t have to manually search through the individual platforms for suitable dates, but can easily and clearly view all available dates in your area. Once you have found a suitable date, you can book this date on the respective platform. If there are no available appointments, you will be shown doctors in the area who do not yet offer online booking. You can contact them by phone as usual.
MeisterChat is an AI chatbot that answers your health questions. Simply ask your question in the app and the chatbot will give you an immediate answer. If the chatbot can’t help you, you can simply start a MeisterCall and speak to one of our human HealthCoaches or make an appointment with a specialist based on the AI’s recommendation.
MeisterCall is a paid service where you can start short-term video calls with health experts. In the MeisterCalls you can ask questions about acute complaints or general health issues. Our HealthCoaches will try to give you the best possible advice, but cannot replace a visit to the doctor. This also means that they cannot make any diagnoses and are not allowed to issue prescriptions or anything similar.
Our HealthCoaches have specialist medical training and are, for example, doctors, medical specialists or students at an advanced stage in their medical studies that have almost graduated and already had considerable practical experience. You can rest assured that you will be speaking to a professional.
MeisterChat is an AI chat bot that answers general health-related questions. On the other hand, MeisterCall is a video chat feature where you can personally speak to a medical coach who assists you with specific medical matters.
Our aim is to help you quickly and without complications, regardless of your insurance status. MeisterCalls are therefore clearly itemised to the minute without doctor’s fees, increase factors or other nonsense. Unfortunately, most health insurance companies do not cover these costs.
